After having worked in sales, customer service and the BPO industry for a number of years in Canada, Sabha Badee successfully charted a path to Belize where he has established himself as a dominant service provider in the local BPO industry. Not only has he built a company that delivers results, but he mastered the art of maintaining client relationships, which is vital to establishing successful long term business relationships.

Leticia Ayala is an innovative and driven accounting professional with over 10 year experience in both the private and public sectors, and currently holds the position of chief financial officer. In her time at Global Com she has assisted in the outstanding growth, positive change, and the maximising of operations. Leticia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with intentions of pursuing a Masters in Finance in the near future. Her specialties include compliance, internal controls, financial reporting, client billing and payroll duties.
