What level of education do I need?

Ideally, we would love all our agents to have a high school diploma, but we recognise that this is not always the case for some valuable employees. If you have experience, you're passionate about people, and you have a great work ethic, feel free to apply.

Do we offer training for all sales campaigns?

Yes all campaigns offer training over a 2 week period, plus training updates.

How long is training?

Training for new hires at Global Com typically lasts two weeks.

Does Global Com offer any part time positions?

Yes, some campaign shifts dial from 6pm-9pm.

Does Global Com offer any work-from-home campaigns?

Yes, when training is complete, we can talk about working from home.

Will I need to work weekends and/or holidays?

Due to the nature of the work, and the fact that our clients holidays are often not the same as Belize holidays, we do require a commitment from our employees to work some Belize holidays. Availability and flexibility to work weekends may help you get your foot in the door, but is not a requirement.

Does Global Com offer benefits?
